Licensed Practical Nurse

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to residents in our continuing care community. In this role, you'll deliver bedside nursing, administer medications, perform treatments, monitor resident conditions, and document care in accordance with regulatory standards and care plans. You'll collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support seniors' physical and emotional wellbeing while promoting dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor, record, and report changes in residents' conditions to RNs and physicians
• Document care and interventions in the electronic health record (EHR) timely and accurately
• Support residents' daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident-centered care
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, treatments, and care routines
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards at all times
• Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and ongoing training
• Support a resident-first, respectful, and compassionate community culture
