Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus

About the Organization

A large, well-established, family-owned manufacturing and distribution organization with operations across multiple states is seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This is a strong opportunity for an early-career recruiting professional who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment supporting essential frontline operations.

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for hourly, frontline, and field-based roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters to help attract, screen, and coordinate candidates while building strong talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a high-volume setting where follow-through, communication, and adaptability are critical. This position also supports onboarding-related processes and requires occasional travel to local sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support hiring managers and senior recruiters in identifying staffing needs and recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Conduct background checks, drug screenings, and employment assessments
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience
  • At least 6 months of hands-on recruiting experience (job postings, phone screens, interview scheduling)
  • Experience supporting hourly, frontline, or field work forces preferred
  • Strong onboarding and pre-employment processing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
