HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Glendale Heights, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for managing communications, order entry, and logistics coordination, alongside providing administrative support to the Director of Sales for strategic initiatives and volume reviews.

The ideal candidate will possess 3–5 years of customer service or office experience in a manufacturing environment, solid computer and typing skills, be bilingual in Spanish and English, highly detail-oriented with accuracy in documentation, labeling, and lot tracking.

Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $20–$22 per hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday-Friday
  • Located in Glendale Heights, Illinois
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Account Management & Sales Support:
    Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, handling inquiries via email and phone. Assist the Director of Sales with customer visits, volume reviews, and sales initiatives.
  • Order Management & Fulfillment:
    Enter customer orders into the ERP system, coordinate with the warehouse for picking, and verify all shipping details before finalizing.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
    Generate and verify pallet tags, bills of lading, packing slips, and ensure Certificates of Analysis (COA) are sent with accurate lot information.
  • Inventory & Problem Resolution:
    Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production on availability.
  • Proactively resolve customer complaints and logistics issues before escalation.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of customer service or office experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Solid computer and typing skills; ERP and inventory management experience are a plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented with accuracy in documentation, labeling, and lot tracking.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • No sensitivity to foods or spices

Salary range based on experience.
