Are you a Manufacturing Engineer with grinding process experience looking to step into a senior-level position where you will become a subject matter expert, while having full involvement across the entire manufacturing lifecycle?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading precision manufacturer where you will be involved from initial concept and process planning right through to final delivery for major, well-known customers. You will also receive full training on EDM technology, allowing you to expand into a highly specialized and in-demand area.

The company are established industry specialists, supporting household name customers. They have an outstanding reputation for quality and engineering capability. Due to growth, they are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to strengthen their expert team.

You will report directly to the Director of Engineering and take ownership of key manufacturing processes, driving improvements in efficiency, quality, and production performance while playing a visible role in project delivery from start to finish.

This role would suit a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with grinding expertise who wants to move into a senior, influential position offering technical variety, training, progression, and long-term stability.

The Role:

• Full Manufacturing lifecycle involvement from conception to customer delivery
• Leading continuous improvement and efficiency projects
• Working with major, high profile customers
