- Assists patients with activities of daily living (ADL) and routine tasks.
- Provides direct patient care and therapeutic interventions.
- Observes and records patient behaviors and activities accurately.
- Reports changes in patient conditions to appropriate personnel and recommend treatment plan modifications.
- Establishes and maintains therapeutic relationships with assigned patients.
High School Grad or Equiv (Required), Technical/Vocational School (Required) Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Non Violent Crisis Intervention Program - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range$17.47 - $27.94
