Position

Mechanical Assembler

Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems based on engineering drawings and specifications. The role requires strong hands‑on skills, precision, and the ability to follow detailed instructions to ensure high‑quality assembly.

Essential Duties
  • Assemble mechanical parts and components according to blueprints, engineering drawings, or schematics.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete assemblies.
  • Perform inspections and tests on assembled components to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical assembly issues and perform rework if necessary.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to resolve technical problems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety standards.
  • Document assembly processes and maintain records as required.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Working Hours, Working style

8:00-17:00 On‑site

Salary/Benefit

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a mechanical assembler or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.
  • Skilled in using assembly tools, equipment, and mechanical measuring devices.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
  • Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift components for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Familiarity with ISO or other quality standards in manufacturing.
  • Forklift or crane operation certification is a plus.
