Production Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality paint products, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Prepare paint batches according to formulation instructions and production schedules.
• Measure and mix raw materials such as pigments, solvents, and resins to achieve desired colors and properties.
• Operate mixing equipment and machinery such as high-speed disperse rs (HSDs), pumps, valves, drum hoists, hand trucks, and pallet jacks in an efficient and safe manner.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure batches meet specifications for color, viscosity, and texture.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and batch production details.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in paint mixing, filling, packaging or related field is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow formulation instructions and production schedules.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed and to stand for extended periods.
