General Labor

Our client, manufacturing and packaging industry is seeking a General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be part of the production support team supporting labeling, filling, packaging, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to safety and cleanliness which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Labor

Pay Rate: $18

Shift: 8AM-5PM

• Label and re-label products accurately according to specifications
• Fill and package products to meet quality and weight standards
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and production details
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and adhere to safety standards
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments and inventory management

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and production schedules
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Physical ability to lift, move materials, and stand for extended periods
