Job Description
Experience: Mid Level
Salary: $30 - $38 per hour
Location & ShiftGlendale Heights, IL. Onsite. 1st or 2nd Shift.
Core Responsibilities & Required ExperienceThis is a hands‑on machining role for someone comfortable running production independently.
What You Will Do- Set up and operate CNC lathes (multi‑axis, live tooling preferred)
- Load programs and make offsets as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Perform first‑article inspections and in‑process checks
- Troubleshoot tooling, program, and machine issues
- Maintain quality and production standards
- 3+ years CNC lathe setup experience
- Experience with multi‑axis lathes and live tooling preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
- Experience making program edits or conversational programming
- Strong attention to detail and quality
