Welder/ Spot Welder Min. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic knowledge of spot-welding processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to learn, take direction and adapt to new tasks. Adherence to safety procedures and guidelines.

• Previous On-The-Job Department Training. Will Train.

• Operate spot welding machines following standard operating procedures
• Load and unload materials onto the welding machine
• Perform basic setup and adjustment of welding equipment
• Monitor the quality of spot welds and make necessary adjustments
• Prepare and clean work pieces before welding
• Assist in the assembly of sheet metal parts and components
• Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to the Supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized area
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Other duties as assigned
