Grinding & Buffing Operator

$17-$25/hour (DOE) 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM Monday-Friday + Overtime and Saturdays as needed

We’re hiring Grinding & Buffing Operators to work with steel and aluminum components in a clean, fast-paced production environment.

You do NOT need to be an expert!

If you have some experience grinding or buffing metal parts and want to grow your skills, we’d love to talk with you.

• Grind and deburr steel and aluminum parts using handheld and bench grinders
• Buff and smooth metal surfaces for quality finish
• Inspect parts for burrs, rough edges, and imperfections
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and gauges
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

• Some grinding or buffing experience required
• Experience working with steel and/or aluminum materials
• Manufacturing or sheet metal experience is a plus
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Comfortable standing throughout the shift
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Safety-minded with strong attention to detail
