We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mixer Operator to join our food manufacturing team. The Mixer Operator is responsible for accurately measuring, weighing, and blending ingredients according to approved recipes and production schedules while ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Mixer Operator is responsible for operating industrial mixing equipment, blenders, kettles, and related machinery. Commitment to following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) is required, along with strong attention to quality and accuracy. Willingness to work overtime and availability to work Sundays are also necessary.

• Prior experience in food production, mixing, or a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with GMP/food safety practices.
