The Marketing Coordinator provides hands‑on support for the execution of marketing and communications initiatives across print, digital, and event channels. This entry‑level role supports the Marketing & Communications Manager by assisting with catalog updates, creative asset production, marketing asset organization, press kit preparation, and trade show support.
This position is production and execution‑focused and is ideal for an early‑career marketing or creative professional who is detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn within a collaborative, on‑site marketing environment.
Core Responsibilities:- Support the creation, updating, formatting, and production of marketing assets across print, digital, event, and customer‑facing materials in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Assist with creative asset production and file preparation using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) for print and digital distribution.
- Organize, maintain, and manage marketing, press kit, and customer‑facing asset libraries, ensuring version control, accuracy, and accessibility of approved materials.
- Prepare and package files for print production, digital campaigns, vendor handoff, and internal or external use.
- Support website content updates, email marketing, social media content preparation, and other digital platform updates as directed.
- Assist with trade show and event preparation, including asset coordination, logistics, vendor communication, and on‑site setup/teardown (10–15% travel).
- Support marketing operations through task tracking, timeline coordination, internal request management, and general project support to help ensure timely execution.
- Assist with ongoing asset cleanup, archiving outdated materials, and gradually assume increased responsibility for day‑to‑day asset management as familiarity with workflows grows.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience), with 0–2 years of experience in a marketing, creative, or communications‑related role.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, with emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop for production and layout work.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management; reliable in executing production‑focused and repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow established brand guidelines and creative direction, with openness to feedback and coaching.
- Willingness to learn and support a wide range of marketing, production, and operational tasks.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude; comfortable working on‑site and supporting hands‑on marketing and trade show activities.
