resolve quality issues and strengthen quality systems.
Responsibilities:
* Manage customer complaints, returns, and 8D corrective actions
* Identify root causes and implement solutions with plant teams
* Maintain and improve quality systems (ISO/IATF compliance)
* Support SPC, process controls, and operator training
* Conduct internal audits and LPAs
* Assist with PPAPs and quality documentation
* Review and disposition non-conforming materials
* Maintain FMEA/PFMEA and control plans
* Support gage R&R and training initiatives
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 4+ years in quality
* Experience in manufacturing (machining/metals preferred)
* Strong GD&T and measurement knowledge
* Familiar with ISO/IATF, SPC, and problem-solving tools
Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000
