• Lead day‑to‑day store operations with a focus on people, product, and performance
• Create a fresh, in-stock, and highly shoppable environment across all departments
• Drive sales and profitability through smart merchandising, inventory control, and margin management
• Maintain exceptional store conditions including cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Oversee ordering, inventory levels, and product flow to ensure consistent availability and minimal shrink
• Lead and develop a high‑performing team through coaching, training, and accountability
• Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and hospitality throughout the store
• Partner with department leaders to ensure alignment on execution, standards, and team development
• Handle customer needs with professionalism, ensuring an outstanding guest experience every time
• Support all aspects of store operations including front‑end, staffing, scheduling, and financial performance
• Ensure proper execution of special orders, catering requests, and seasonal initiatives
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and customers

• Proven leadership experience in grocery or high‑volume retail operations
• Strong background in store‑level financial performance, inventory management, and team leadership
• Passion for fresh product, clean stores, and exceptional customer experience
• Ability to lead from the front with a hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves approach
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through
