What You’ll Do- Lead day‑to‑day store operations with a focus on people, product, and performance
- Create a fresh, in-stock, and highly shoppable environment across all departments
- Drive sales and profitability through smart merchandising, inventory control, and margin management
- Maintain exceptional store conditions including cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Oversee ordering, inventory levels, and product flow to ensure consistent availability and minimal shrink
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team through coaching, training, and accountability
- Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and hospitality throughout the store
- Partner with department leaders to ensure alignment on execution, standards, and team development
- Handle customer needs with professionalism, ensuring an outstanding guest experience every time
- Support all aspects of store operations including front‑end, staffing, scheduling, and financial performance
- Ensure proper execution of special orders, catering requests, and seasonal initiatives
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and customers
- Proven leadership experience in grocery or high‑volume retail operations
- Strong background in store‑level financial performance, inventory management, and team leadership
- Passion for fresh product, clean stores, and exceptional customer experience
- Ability to lead from the front with a hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves approach
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through
- A natural coach who builds teams and develops future leaders
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Solid understanding of front‑end operations, hiring, and labor management
- Food safety knowledge with ability to maintain required certifications
