Base Salary: $55,000 + Commission ($90,000–$120,000 OTE) + Car Allowance

Territory: Illinois, Western Indiana, and Eastern Wisconsin (up to 30% travel)

Location: Remote, with regular visits to our Glendale Heights, IL office

• Strong earning potential: $55,000 base salary plus commission, with on-target earnings of $90,000–$120,000, and a car allowance.

• Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and relationship‑building to closing new business.
• Expand market share by identifying and pursuing new opportunities throughout your territory.
• Develop strong customer relationships through face‑to‑face meetings, phone calls, and ongoing communication.
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend service solutions that improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Travel throughout your territory to meet customers and support business growth, with limited overnight travel.

• Proven sales success, preferably in service‑based sales. Experience in HVAC, commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and time‑management skills.
• A self‑starter mentality with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• A customer‑focused approach and a passion for delivering value.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to satisfactorily complete a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company safety standards.
