We are seeking an energetic professional to join our winning team as a Products Representative
- State Farm Agent Team Member. This role focuses on customer service, education about insurance options, and achieving marketing targets to support business growth.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Passion for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks.
• Self‑motivated and able to make presentations to potential customers.
• Ability to achieve mutually agreed marketing goals.
• Experience in marketing.
• Property and Casualty license (must be currently held).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must comply with applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
