We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Packaging Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing business in a competitive B2B environment.

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Manage and grow an existing business
• Identify customer needs and recommend packaging solutions
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver value-driven proposals
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

• 5+ years of Packaging machinery and materials sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
