Location: Illinois Region (required to report to the job site as scheduled)
Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Compensation: $23.50 - $26.25 per hour + overtime potential

What You Will Do
- Perform skilled commercial/industrial painting and coatings work
- Deliver consistent, high-quality craftsmanship while meeting production expectations
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Recognize and report hazards; help maintain a safe job site
- Use tools, materials, and equipment properly and efficiently (E.g., Boom lifts, Sprayers, Blasting, etc.)
- Participate in ongoing training and career development
- Work with minimal on-site supervision while supporting a highly engaged crew
- Punctual, reliable, and motivated
- Available to work weekends
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Communicates well and contributes to a positive team environment
- Demonstrates and champions company's mission and values
- 1+ year commercial or industrial painting/coatings experience
- Strong safety awareness and knowledge
- Experience using trade tools, materials, and equipment
- Valid driver's license + clean MVR
- Reliable transportation (job sites may vary)
- Successful completion of drug and alcohol screening
- High school diploma preferred
- Quick learner with strong production awareness
- Able to excel in a fast-paced, active environment
- OSHA-10 knowledge (certification a plus)
- Stage work (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 15-50 lbs
- Frequent bending, kneeling, ladder work
- Use of power tools and equipment as required
