Commercial Beverage Equipment Service Technician

Beverage Town is seeking a Service Technician to repair and maintain commercial beverage equipment, primarily coffee, juice, tea and espresso machines
.

This is a field service position requiring a technician who is comfortable working independently
, troubleshooting equipment and completing repairs with minimal supervision.

Mechanical experience is required, but beverage equipment experience is not. Experience in appliance repair, automotive, electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R or another mechanical field may be a great fit.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair and maintain commercial beverage equipment
• Independently manage assigned service calls
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Communicate with customers and dispatch
• Document completed work using a company-provided tablet

Qualifications:

• Mechanical or technical service experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
