Compensation

Starting Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 dependent on experience and location.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policies.
  • Pick, stage, and load trucks as requested.
  • Understand and adhere to DOT regulations including hours of service requirements.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
  • Adhere to pre‑determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers.
  • Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable per company COD policy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and secure vehicle and work area.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service aligned with our People‑Focused values.
  • Wear the clean and laundered uniform provided by NTW.
  • Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) safely and efficiently as needed.
  • Perform other duties as requested or needed.
Qualifications
  • Safety‑first mentality.
  • 1+ years of delivery or box‑truck experience preferred.
  • 1+ years with no at‑fault accidents.
  • Clean MVR.
  • Current driver’s license for the vehicle classes operated.
  • Must obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and occasionally more.
  • Complete driver‑vehicle inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
  • Abide by all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Employment contingent upon a conditional offer and completion of all required pre‑employment screenings.
