- Set great impression with all incoming customers
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Gather customer and vehicle information
- Accurately document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
- Prepare clear and accurate repair estimates
- Establish follow-up times and maintain active communication with customers
- Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and provide timely updates
Ensure final invoices match completed repair order work - Explain all repairs, services, and charges to customers
- Strong customer service experience preferred
- Previous Ford dealership experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong automotive knowledge and problem-solving ability
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service
- Energetic, positive, and professional attitude
- Commitment to a long-term career with a growing organization
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
