Position Title:

Advisor – Business Improvement and Integration

Position Duties:

Coordinate alignment of customer process and people with workforce development objectives and best practices using Continuous Improvement Projects Methodology;
Sim Metrics™ Simulator Data Analytics;
Workforce Development Planning;
Training Systems Integration; and Project Management. Ensure the effective implementation and on‑going support of curriculum development for key customers using the same skill set. Expand the billable professional services for assigned accounts. Ensure the effective running of customer continuous improvement initiatives. Establish site steering committees to support and align expectations for deliverables and targets, thereby helping mines manage change. Analyze site‑level metrics in order to review and monitor progress and act where appropriate to ensure training and continuous improvement projects reach productivity, cost reduction or safety operational goals.

Deliver professional services using industry‑leading simulation and training programs, much of which is proprietary. Proactively identify business improvement trends and opportunities through data analytics and apply targeted workforce development solutions to achieve measurable business improvement objectives. Present ROI results of above projects to senior management at mine sites and, where applicable, corporate executives. Minimum 40 hours per week.

Rate of Pay: $108,900 per year

Education and Experience Requirements:

Technical Simulator;
Sim Control Software Familiarization & Configuration;
Risk Profile Baseline of Operations via Trainer ADVANTAGE Levels 1‑3 certification; and three (3) years of experience in a Business Advising Capacity;
Systems Integration Consultation; or Mine Training Technology & Implementation. Additional knowledge of Continuous Improvement Projects Methodology;
Sim Metrics™ Simulator Data Analytics;
Workforce Development Planning;
Training Systems Integration; and Project Management is required to perform the responsibilities of this position.
