- Coordinates work streams of a limited scope or assigned sections of a larger initiative
- Monitors the progress of assigned tasks and ensures project milestones are met
- Supports project managers with project scheduling and drafting project plans and budgets
- Works with appropriate parties to plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage business activities to deliver projects
- Assists teams in determining scope, requirements, and implementation of solutions
- Participates in project meetings, documents the progress of projects and communicates the status of projects to appropriate audiences
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders
- Provides accurate and timely updates to the management team and department as needed
- Follows up on assigned areas to ensure adherence to timeline and documents all projects and assignments
- Identifies and documents project risks
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
- Minimum of two years related work experience
- One year of Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
