Process Excellence Manager

• Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Lead and manage process excellence projects from initiation through to completion
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of process improvements
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive process improvement initiatives and engage stakeholders
• Remain current on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to process excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field
• Advance degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt) are highly desirable
• 7+ years of experience in process improvement, or a related field
• Proven track record of leading and delivering process optimization projects
• Experience in Investment Management, Private Equity, or Financial Services
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and drive change across various levels of the organization

Demonstrates expertise in process improvement methodologies, including the ability to lead projects, define KPIs, and engage stakeholders effectively. Holds a strong background in Investment Management, Private Equity, or Financial Services, complemented by advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
