Senior Product Manager – Tax Products

• Own development of new business lines for payroll tax products
• Lead 0-to-1 discovery, strategy, and execution for new payroll tax products
• Deliver durable business outcomes, including new revenue and existing revenue retention
• Spearhead research, define customer and market positioning, shape product direction, and identify required investments and internal capabilities
• Translate product strategy into actionable guidance for company-wide planning and execution
• Identify highest-leverage investments and cross-functional decisions to support a market-winning payroll tax offering
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, CX, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
• Uncover insights, validate assumptions, and build cross-functional alignment
• Clarify requirements, launch strategic initiatives, and embed with teams to drive execution
• Create clarity, build momentum, and enable others to succeed
• Work directly with a new product development engineering team on AI-powered solutions

• 6+ years of hands-on product management experience
• 3+ years of success building 0 to 1 products
• Proven track record of building 0 to 1 products
• Deep product discovery skills and ability to navigate a high degree of ambiguity
• Experience building 0 to 1 products in highly regulated categories
• Experience building personalized products or optimized workflows using Gen AI/ML
• Extraordinary cross-functional collaboration and leadership
• Ability to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends
• Ability to build business cases
• Ability to define product vision and strategy
• Ability to create a supporting roadmap that rapidly iterates into delivery
