The Role

As a Construction Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering state-of-the-art campuses—built with patented cooling technologies, waterless systems, and modular designs that enable rapid deployment and extreme efficiency. Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end construction projects including ground-up builds, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and vendors (GCs, A&E firms, commissioning agents, etc.) to coordinate all phases of construction.
  • Oversee contract administration including subcontracts, change orders, and cost forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards through regular site inspections and reporting.
  • Drive construction best practices across multiple projects and regions, aligning with company standards.
  • Report project status and risks to leadership, providing clear action plans and updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale data center or mission-critical construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of data center design and construction, including MEP systems and high-density cooling.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel) and construction documentation.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
