About Us

We are a premier, 100% employee-owned commercial general contractor where every team member is empowered to make decisions that directly drive the success of our clients and our business. We are intensely passionate about building complex, high-quality structures that stand the test of time.

With fulfillment serving as one of our core values, we cultivate a deeply collaborative, supportive, and safe culture committed to the long-term professional development of our team. Because our pipeline of specialized, technical projects is growing rapidly, we are looking for driven construction professionals with a background in General Contracting to join our ownership culture.

We are actively hiring across four distinct levels within our project management and engineering teams.
All roles require a background working directly for a General Contractor on mission‑critical or highly technical builds (e.g., data centers, advanced manufacturing, life sciences, or hospitals).

The Project Engineering Track

Focuses on technical excellence, contract document mastery, complex building systems coordination (MEP/VDC), and project controls.

Project Engineer (3+ Years Experience):

* The Role:

Manage field questions, RFIs, change orders, status logs, and submittal deadlines for technical builds.

Requirements: 3+ years of General Contractor experience; proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam
; prior exposure to complex structures and heavy MEP systems coordination.

Senior Project Engineer (7+ Years Experience):

* The Role:

Serve as the on‑site technical expert and mentor to junior engineers. Supervise quality control, manage complex project close‑outs, review building systems coordination (MEP, civil, enclosure), and assist PMs with buyouts and cost control.

Requirements: 7+ years of General Contractor experience, with proven performance on large‑scale commercial or industrial projects; elite technical skills; and a passion for leading on‑the‑job training.

The Project Management Track

Focuses on project delivery, financial performance, client satisfaction, safety culture, and business growth.

Project Manager (5+ Years Experience):

* The Role:

Oversee project scheduling, preconstruction planning, estimating, and subcontractor bidding. Drive successful execution of complex facilities from groundbreaking through close‑out.

Requirements: 5+ years of management experience with a General Contractor
; strong background working with GMP contracts
; proficiency in Timberline, Primavera (P6), MS Project
, or Bluebeam
.

Senior Project Manager (10–15 Years Experience):

* The Role:

Successfully lead and execute all aspects of major, multi‑million dollar mission‑critical projects or multiple concurrent mid‑size technical builds. Spearhead preconstruction, managing monthly profit projections, mentoring staff, and championing transformative jobsite safety programs.

Requirements: 10–15+ years of proven General Contractor industry leadership; extensive experience leading data center, hospital, or advanced manufacturing builds; exceptional delegation and financial management skills;
OSHA 10 required (CPR/First Aid desired).

Core Qualifications Across All Roles

GC Background: Direct, hands‑on experience working for a commercial General Contractor is mandatory.

Sector Expertise: Proven experience navigating the tight tolerances, heavy infrastructure, and complex MEP/structural requirements of mission‑critical facilities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent proven years of hands‑on experience).

Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills; a natural collaborator who builds strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners.

What We Offer

True Employee Ownership: Share directly in the financial success of the company through our ownership structure.

A Culture of Fulfillment: Structured mentorship, internal upward mobility, and continuous professional development.
