Schedulertojoinourgrowingteam.
Thispositionplaysacriticalroleinplanning,tracking,andreportingprojectschedulestohelpensuresuccessfulprojectexecutionandachievementofkeymilestones.
Asa Scheduler,youwilldevelop,maintain,andanalyzeprojectschedulesthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.
Workingcloselywithprojectmanagers,field operations,and clients,youwillhelpidentifyschedulingrisks,monitor progress,allocate resources,andprovideaccuratereportingthatsupportsinformeddecision-making.
Thisroleisidealforsomeonewhothrivesinafast-pacedconstructionenvironmentandenjoyssolvingcomplexschedulingchallenges.
- Develop,review,andinterpretcontractschedulingrequirementstoensurecompliancewithprojectspecifications.
- Createandmaintainbaseline,resource-loaded,andprogressschedulesusingthe
Critical Path Method (CPM). - Assistinestablishingprojectcontrols,scheduling standards,andreportingprocedures.
- Prepare summary-levelschedulegraphicsandexecutivereportsforinternalandclientpresentations.
- Attendprojectmeetingsandcollaboratewithprojectteamstoidentifycriticalandnear-criticalworkactivitiesnecessarytoachieveprojectmilestones.
- Developlogicalactivityrelationshipsandscheduleconstraintsthroughcoordinationwithprojectstakeholders.
- Monitor labor,material,equipment,andcostresourceswithinprojectschedulesandprepareresourcehistogramsandcashflowforecasts.
- Analyzecriticalandnear-criticalpathactivitiesandidentifypotentialscheduleimpactsordelays.
- Evaluateprojectprogressandvalidatescheduleupdatesusinginputfromfieldpersonnelandinterdisciplinaryprojectteams.
- Recommendschedulerecoverystrategiesandmitigationplanswhennecessary.
- Maintainaccuratescheduledocumentationandprovidetimelyprogressreports.
- Performotherdutiesasassigned.
- Experiencepreparingandanalyzingconstructionschedulesisrequired.
- Experiencewithplanning,scheduling,project controls,orprogramcontrolsacrossmultipleconstructionprojects.
- Demonstratedexperiencedevelopingresource-loadedconstructionschedulesusingthe
Critical Path Method (CPM). - Strongunderstandingofconstructionsequencing,means,methods,andprojectexecution.
- Experience tracking,updating,expediting,andreportingprojectprogress.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 ,Microsoft Project,and Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel,and PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical,organizational,andtimemanagementskills.
- Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytocommunicateeffectivelywithclients,management,andprojectteams.
- Self-motivated,detail-oriented,andcapableofmanagingmultipleprioritieswithminimalsupervision.
- Professionaldemeanorwithstronginterpersonalandrelationship-building skills.
- ValidU.S.driver'slicensewithaninsurabledrivingrecord.
- Abilitytopasspre-employmentsubstanceabusetesting.
- Abilitytotravelandworkextendedhoursasprojectdemandsrequire.
