VDC/BIM Lead – Electrical Construction – Arizona

Gryphon Oakwoodis representing a leading electrical contractor seeking an experienced VDC/BIM Lead to join its growing team. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, the company is looking to add experienced BIM professionals to support major commercial electrical projects.

• Lead the BIM process from project award through construction
• Coordinate and manage the electrical modelling effort across assigned projects
• Lead and mentor BIM Detailers, ensuring quality, accuracy, and project milestones are met
• Work closely with Project Management, field operations, and other trades to coordinate models and resolve clashes
• Review models for constructibility and ensure compliance with project standards

• Experience leading BIM/VDC efforts within electrical construction
• Proficiency with Accubid and other industry-standard software
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Experience managing or mentoring BIM Detailers is preferred
• Ability to deliver high-quality models in a fast-paced commercial construction environment
