Acara Solutions is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial and vertical construction projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while maintaining schedule, productivity, quality, and safety.
About the Opportunity- Lead day-to-day field operations for vertical construction projects.
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Work with the Project Manager on scheduling, staffing, and project execution.
- Monitor field productivity, progress, and construction quality.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, owners, architects, inspectors, and project teams.
- Provide direction, training, and support to field personnel.
- Assist with hiring and evaluation of field team members.
- Maintain strong working relationships with employees, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
- Resolve field issues and coordinate resources to keep projects moving.

Job Requirements What You'll Bring- 5 years minimum of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience.
- Experience managing commercial/vertical construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction field operations and methods.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to provide clear direction and instructions to field teams.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work on active construction sites in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and a government background check.
