This is a full-time, on-site administrative and professional staff position based at our Prescott, Arizona campus, reporting to the Director of Creative and Brand Strategy.

This role requires a self-sufficient designer with a strong portfolio, excellent typography skills, and exceptional attention to detail. The Graphic Designer must be able to manage multiple concurrent projects while also executing focused, detail-driven creative work.

The position contributes to the development of innovative design solutions and collaborates with campus partners and colleagues across a creative team environment. • Collaborate with clients, copywriters, and the graphic design team to execute designs and adhere to the university brand, based on direction provided by the Creative Director and the Director of Creative and Brand Strategy.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in higher education marketing and visual communication. Contribute ideas to improve creative workflows, processes, and team collaboration.

Secondary Job Functions and Duties:

  • Participate in weekly creative team meetings and one-on-one meetings to discuss project workload, priorities, and performance.
