Position: 2026 Admissions & Guest Relations Supervisor

Overview

This is a seasonal position at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor in Phoenix, AZ. It features a competitive hourly rate of $19.00, along with perks such as:

As an Admissions Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. You will oversee daily Admissions and Guest Relations operations, support and lead frontline team members, and ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused experiences at the front gate.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation of the Admissions and Guest Relations areas
  • Perform all Admissions and Guest Relations duties as needed
  • Assist with creating, maintaining, approving, and adjusting schedules and timesheets for Admissions team members, including Phone Operators, Guest Relations, and Lost Parents
  • Motivate employees through coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessary
  • Maintain professional, positive interactions with guests and team members while resolving issues
  • Ensure efficient register operation
  • Resolve guest concerns through phone, email, mail, and in-person interactions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  • Communicate and collaborate with all levels of park leadership to resolve issues and fulfill requests
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Admissions leadership and management
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet navigation, and the ability to learn Six Flags systems
  • Knowledge of guest service standards, employee relations, and guest/employee safety practices
  • Previous Admissions or Guest Services experience preferred
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in fast-paced, guest-facing situations
  • Must be self-motivated, professional, and able to multi-task effectively
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to lead and support others
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
