Full time Compensation Range: $17

Responsibilities
  • Oversee front desk operations and step in as the go-to problem solver for guests and teammates alike.
  • Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs with accuracy, warmth, and just the right amount of charm.
  • Support and train new front desk team members – the friendly coach they’ll thank later.
  • Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
  • Help manage daily tasks like event sheet distribution, business center support, and keeping the lobby guest‑ready.
Qualifications
  • Customer service experience – people skills and patience to keep things running smoothly.
  • Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Tech savvy enough to use hotel systems with confidence.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet – this role keeps you moving, literally.
