Job Summary

The Parking Team Lead supports the Parking Management Team by guiding Parking Attendants and ensuring a smooth operation throughout event days at State Farm Stadium, West World, and Spring Training Fields. This position is responsible for managing a designated section or zone, assisting with equipment setup, enforcing parking protocols, and supporting guest service delivery. The Parking Team Lead is a critical link between frontline staff and site leadership and reports to the Site Supervisor or Parking Manager.

Primary

Job Duties
  • Provide on-the-ground leadership to Parking Attendants and Cashiers within an assigned lot or zone
  • Ensure Parking Attendants are informed, supported, and executing their responsibilities accurately
  • Set up and break down parking equipment, such as barricades, signage, cones, and lighting
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures for lots
  • Guide guests in and out of parking areas using hand signals, lighted poles, and verbal direction
  • Communicate with Supervisor to report issues, guest feedback, or staffing needs
  • Answer guest questions or redirect them appropriately for assistance
  • Serve as a positive role model and uphold Insignia’s customer service standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in parking, events, or customer service strongly preferred
  • Comfortable leading a small team and giving clear instructions
  • Ability to handle high volume workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment
  • Flexibility with work varying schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Ability to work in extreme environments (ex: loud environments)
