EPITEC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join an insurance call center in Phoenix. You will be the first point of contact for policyholders, handling inquiries, claims intake, and service requests in a fast-paced environment.
This contract-to-hire role offers onsite training for 7-8 weeks, a Monday-Friday schedule, and a pay rate of $22–$24 per hour. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential to succeed.
