We are looking for a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Bilingual Receptionist to become the first point of contact for our customers.

Position SummaryAs our Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for every customer who contacts or visits our showroom. This position requires excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
- Welcome and assist customers as they enter the showroom
- Provide general information regarding products, financing, deliveries, and store services
- Support the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks
- Perform data entry and other computer-based administrative duties
- Schedule appointments and assist with customer follow-up as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Handle multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or retail experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Proficient with computers and able to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
