Full-time General Dentist Opportunity in Glendale, AZ.

- Predominantly PPO practice

- Compensation
- 31% - 33% + of production based on experience
- Guaranteed compensation in first 6 months
- Full time Dentist expected to make between $180,000 and $400,000
- 5 days a week
- Monday - Friday

- Relocation assistance and state license reimbursement is available for candidates considering relocating
- 2+ Years of experience required
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
