Dental Patient Coordinator – Full-Time | Glendale, AZ

We are a well-established private dental practice in Glendale looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team. What You’ll Do
  • Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming first impression
  • Manage scheduling to keep patient flow efficient and providers on time
  • Coordinate patient communication, follow-ups, and retention efforts
  • Oversee daily front office operations and keep the schedule running smoothly
  • Answer phones and support day-to-day administrative needs
  • Verify insurance and assist with financial arrangements and payments
  • Present treatment plans
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Help maintain a positive, supportive team environment
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of dental front office experience (required)
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Experience with Dentrix (preferred)
  • Knowledge of dental insurance processes, including eligibility verification, claims processing, and accurate payment posting
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm, professional, and patient-focused approach
  • Team player who brings a positive attitude to work every day
