This position is designed for an ambitious individual who wants to develop skills in CAD, electrical systems, automation, artificial intelligence, manufacturing technology, and process improvement while learning directly from executive leadership. You'll gain hands‑on experience solving real-world engineering and technology challenges while helping drive innovation across our organization.

We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys learning new technologies, and thrives on solving complex problems. If you're the type of person who refuses to accept "it can't be done" and enjoys finding creative solutions, you'll be a great fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the Vice President of Technology on engineering, technology, and innovation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain CAD drawings for electrical manufacturing, control panels, and engineered systems.
  • Assist with electrical layouts, bills of material, manufacturing documentation, and drawing revisions.
  • Research emerging software, AI tools, automation technologies, and engineering solutions.
  • Help develop standards, workflows, and processes that improve efficiency across the organization.
  • Support engineering, manufacturing, and operations with technical documentation and problem solving.
  • CAD experience is required.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
  • Passion for technology, engineering, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • College degree is not required.
Note

Job Description is subject to change at any time and may include other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
  • Work primarily in an office environment using CAD software and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Occasionally move throughout office, manufacturing, and engineering areas.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment when entering manufacturing or production environments.
