Monday – Friday, 8am – 8pm. Hours vary with student’s class schedule; this position averages 19.5 hours per week.

Lab Technicians work under the direction of the Music Industries Studies Program Specialist. They keep the Electronic Music Lab clean, keep cables and equipment organized, help students with software, and assist staff and instructors as needed.

• FWS is a need–based, federally funded program.

• Willing to help students and employees

• General computer proficiency & experience with MacOS
• Experience with Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, and other DAWs
• Ability to troubleshoot audio hardware: audio interfaces, keyboard controllers, synthesizers, speakers,š
• Experience with  sound reinforcement
• Familiarity with the Music Industries Studies Program
• Some evenings and weekends may be required.
