This position supports the college's strategic enrollment goals by delivering comprehensive recruitment and outreach services to prospective students, families, and school partners. The role includes conducting in-person and virtual outreach at K-12 schools, college and career fairs, community and corporate events, as well as assisting with campus tours and recruitment campaigns. The position represents the college, works with prospective students, and responds to inquiries through a customer relationship management system and multiple communication platforms.
Working collaboratively with internal departments and external partners, this role guides all populations of students through the admissions and enrollment process by providing accurate information, resources, and support.
Essential Functions
30% - Student Recruitment, Outreach, and Admissions Support
Performs a broad range of student services and recruitment functions by managing, scheduling, organizing, and attending recruitment activities, including application workshops, college presentations, campus tours, and tabling events at local high schools, community partners, businesses, and nontraditional venues. Markets the college by distributing promotional materials, advising prospective students through the admissions process, and providing comprehensive information about college programs and resources.
Supports prospective students in troubleshooting complex admissions and enrollment issues. Prepares recruitment materials, coordinates event logistics with external stakeholders, and assists in the development of presentations and outreach materials.
