Right At School is a local provider of before and after school extended day programs, focusing on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment that help all students succeed.

Part‑Time Educator – Before & After School at JO Combs District Schools, San Tan Valley, AZ.

Start Date:

July 2026.

Hourly wage: $15.00–$17.00 (based on education and experience).

Schedule:

Before School 6:15 am–8:00 am;
After School 12:30 pm–6:00 pm on Wednesdays (may vary slightly). Must work Monday–Friday.

• Organize program materials for lessons and activities, and document attendance, incidents, and observations.
• Deliver a dynamic daily curriculum that engages children in academic and social character‑building, expanding learning beyond the school day.
• Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain safety, well‑being, and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fitness activities, and guiding play.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
• Meet regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability.

• High school diploma or GED, 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum six months of childcare experience in a licensed group childcare setting, or six college credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education or a related field (preferred).
• English language proficiency.
• Valid Arizona fingerprint card and ability to complete TB, CPR/First Aid, and Food Handler cards promptly.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
