Occupational Therapist

We’re partnering with a school district in Maricopa County, Arizona to hire dedicated Occupational Therapists (OT) for the 2026–2027 school year
. This is an on-site, full-time (40 hrs/week) contract opportunity.

You’ll provide school-based OT services to help students build functional skills that support success in the classroom and school environment. This includes supporting fine motor development, sensory processing/self-regulation, and access to learning through accommodations, adaptive tools, and collaboration with IEP/504 teams.

  Full-time hours; specific days/hours are flexible
• School Year: 2026/2027

• Provide occupational therapy services aligned to student IEPs and/or 504 Plans
• Complete student evaluations/assessments and support goal development
• Support fine motor and functional school skills (handwriting, tool use, classroom participation)
• Address sensory processing and self-regulation needs with strategies and supports
• Recommend and train on adaptive equipment and classroom/environment modifications
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams; document progress and services

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy (OT) license
• School-based experience preferred
• Experience supporting students with sensory/fine-motor/self-regulation needs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to maintain documentation and compliance requirements in a school setting
