Pro Care Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join a school district in Scottsdale, Arizona. This flexible position offers up to 16 hours per week, with the opportunity to work across three different locations, providing services to a diverse range of age groups from infants to high school students.

Position Details:

• Location: Scottsdale, AZ
• Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
• Schedule: Part-time, up to 16 hours/week (flexible based on candidate's availability)
• Work Sites:
  • Early Childhood Center & Infant/Toddler Program (birth-5 years of age)
  • Elementary School (K-6th grade)
  • Alternative High School (10-12th grade)
• Caseload:
  • Historically below 5 students, with the remaining time dedicated to enrichment opportunities, particularly within the early childhood center and infant/toddler program.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students across multiple age groups and educational settings.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
• Engage in enrichment opportunities, primarily focused on the early childhood center and infant/toddler program.

Qualifications:

• Must have active PT licensure in Arizona.
• Experience working with a wide age range of students, from early childhood to high school, is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations and adapt to varying caseloads.
