School Psychologist – Arizona
We're partnering with an Arizona school district to hire a dedicated and student-focused School Psychologist for the remainder of the academic year. This full-time, school-based role offers the opportunity to support a diverse student population while contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. In this position, you will work with students across multiple grade levels through a structured caseload model, providing services to both general education students and those supported through 504 plans.
Your role will focus on identifying learning needs, addressing behavioral and social-emotional concerns, and implementing strategies that promote student success both academically and personally. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations, interpret assessment data, and assist in determining eligibility and appropriate interventions. You will collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, counselors, and families to develop and implement effective, evidence-based supports tailored to each student's needs.
Participation in IEP and 504 meetings will allow you to provide valuable insight and help guide data-driven decision-making. Additional responsibilities include consulting with staff, supporting progress monitoring, and assisting with intervention planning while ensuring compliance with district policies as well as state and federal guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity for a School Psychologist who is passionate about making a meaningful impact and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Requirements: NASP certification preferred but not required. Valid Arizona School Psychologist certification or license. Master's degree or higher in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to support multidisciplinary teamwork.
