Salary: $140,000 - $185,000 per year.

A regional civil engineering practice rooted in Arizona’s desert landscape, the firm focuses on delivering thoughtful, resilient infrastructure for fast‑growing communities. Its work spans transportation corridors, municipal improvements, land development, and water resources—projects that shape daily life across the state. Engineers contribute to projects that directly support local residents—safer roads, improved drainage, sustainable growth planning, and infrastructure that withstands extreme heat and monsoon seasons.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of roadway or transportation design experience
• PE license (Arizona or ability to obtain via reciprocity)
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Micro Station, or Open Roads
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced in working on municipal or state transportation projects
