. This position offers competitive weekly pay of $1,800 - $2,500
, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position requiring 45 - 50 hours per week. The role is based in our Glendale, AZ office and involves traveling to job sites as needed. This is not a remote position. All of our jobs are in the greater Phoenix area so no overnight stays are required.
YOUR DAYAs an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for estimating electrical projects by analyzing blueprints, performing take‑offs, and developing detailed cost estimates using McCormick Estimating Software. After submitting proposals, you will communicate with clients to clarify scope, support pricing discussions, and help secure new work.
Once projects are awarded, you will support the transition to operations by reviewing budgets, validating quantities, and ensuring material and subcontractor pricing aligns with the final estimate. You will participate in pre‑job planning, provide technical insight, and assist with cost evaluations related to changes. Throughout this process, you will collaborate with foremen and field superintendents as a technical resource, ensuring the project team understands the estimate and scope.
WHATWE NEED FROM YOU
- 8+ years of experience in commercial electrical estimating and project management
- Valid AZ driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong understanding of ground-up commercial projects ($250,000 - $2 million)
- Extensive knowledge of NEC codes and industry best practices
- Proficiency in McCormick Estimating Software (preferred), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Bluebeam
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects (5-8 at a time)
- Confirmable professional references
