Industrial Services Process Engineer
The Process Engineer – Utilities & Water Treatment provides technical leadership for site utility and water systems, including steam generation, cooling, water treatment, wastewater treatment, and water reuse. This role optimizes system performance, improves reliability, supports safe and compliant operations, and leads process improvement from concept through commissioning.
Our client is seeking an Industrial Services Process Engineer to provide technical leadership for plant utility and water treatment systems, including boilers, steam generation, cooling systems, water treatment, wastewater treatment, and water reuse. The ideal candidate will optimize system performance, improve reliability, troubleshoot process issues, and support capital projects from design through commissioning.
The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering field, along with 3–8+ years of experience in process engineering, utilities, water/wastewater treatment, or industrial manufacturing. Experience with process optimization, PLC/DCS control systems, P&IDs, root cause analysis, commissioning, and cross-functional project execution is highly preferred. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
