Wellfield Manager – In-Situ Copper Recovery (ISCR)

Are you an experienced mining or hydrometallurgical professional looking to lead a critical copper recovery operation? We are seeking a Wellfield Manager to oversee all aspects of our In-Situ Copper Recovery (ISCR) wellfield operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.

• Lead daily wellfield operations to meet production targets and business objectives
• Develop and execute short- and long-term production plans
• Manage operating and capital budgets while driving continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and safety requirements
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers, hydro geologists, geologists, maintenance personnel, and operators
• Coordinate contractors, construction projects, and technical service providers
• Monitor operational performance and key production metrics

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Hydrogeology, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in ISR wellfield or hydrometallurgical mining operations
• 10+ years of leadership and project management experience
• Strong knowledge of wellfield operations, groundwater systems, and copper leaching processes
• Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
